I hope to leave the ideal first date to the lady as much as possible because your comfort is very important. With this said, I think a first date could include a nice dinner, and possibly a movie or some open, but relaxed activity wherein we can come to know more about each others inner person. I'm a very open ended person...But that really doesn't tell you much. I love the outdoors, I cook some, I love to make a house feel like home. I really love children and animals, and making sure all is well. The ocean is wonderful (I was a sailor). The forest is magnificent, so is the desert. Water is so much fun. My favorite seasons are spring and summer. It is impossible to say all that I enjoy and like. I suppose I could say it better by what I don't much care for: Body art (If some can be called that LOL), RAP music (If it really is indeed. Heavy metal or heavy Drums (all I can say is YUK LOL). I hope this helps you get a very finite picture of me as a person for likes and not so favorite.

Oh yes: I can and am comfortable in jeans(or other work clothing, to casual, to a suit, and yes to formal wear. (I clean-up very well...But you decide for yourself...

I an sincere when I state things, but I can be playful. It is easy to figure out. I hope that you care enough to take care of yourself, and that you want to have a good time, and only want one person for the rest of natural life.

I hope to find a person that is real to them self. I'm real to me from the standpoint of knowing what I hope to find in a lady, and knowing me. I can also tell you that you will find me to have integrity: But that is a characteristic that you must find for your own satisfaction. If honesty and being real is less than what is characterized in writing and personality, we would only build upon a less than solid foundation: That is not good for either of us.
