I love frogs and ducks, other animals too. Creative and creating income from my art, I spend a lot of time alone, thinking, doing. Home and art studio, from which all emanates, is a mellow cottage surrounded by tall, shady trees(one a 75-year old Sequoia), and garden where I enjoy spending time growing vegetables, being quiet, listening to the sounds around me, reading, chatting. My easy-going nature is probably a combination of growing up in Southern California by the beach, and an Hippie. Eating, breathing, and speaking optimism is my creed. Disagreements, and disruptions happen, not a reason to raise my voice, use foul or demeaning language. We get one life to live, I believe in making it the best possible each and every day. I'm health-conscious and athletic - long walks in interesting places (urban or not) and easy to moderate hiking are just two of the sports I enjoy, and, while a recent total knee replacement (may need the other knee replaced)has created some limitations, there are plenty of things I can do and I continue to teach my aquatic exercise classes, swim, sail, paddle and gaze at water, a few of the other sports I enjoy. I'm tenacious, trustworthy, accountable; warm, loving, kind, and good friend.
