Me describiría a mi mismo como
Fun loving, hard working guy who is ready for romance. I live in the country, peace and quiet, dark skies, backyard Bon fires. Love running, skiing, jazz 'n blues. As happy to stay home or go out on the town. I am thoughtful, caring and intelligent. I am self-employed as a consulting scientist in the environmental field. I spend a bit of time in Ariz and like to visit friends 'n family in LA, NYC, Montreal and FL.
I've lived all over Canada, and have been in Alberta for about 12 years. I have been separated since early last year and will be going through a mutually agreeable divorce sometime soon. I grew up in Montreal, I am very comfortable in the city but I live in the country and much prefer it over the city; only 35-40 min to Edmonton.
I'm told I am a very easy going guy but I have high standards to live by. I jokingly tell a Yeshiva friend of mine in Montreal that it is hard enough to be a good person so I don't even try to be a good Jew. I like kids, I don't mind if my partner has but I don't want to start having kids now.

To live an honest and happy life; to give as good as I get and not expect too much from those around me. Presently I am semi-retired so this gives me much flexibility to do the things I like. Like, skiing mid-week or travelling to visit friends and family. BTW, I'm semi-retired cuz I can afford to be. If I have good reason to work more I will.

This is kind of dumb set of boxes to tick off. It really depends in the context of the two people involved. Different situations invoke different behaviour, ..., maybe I'm looking for a renaissance woman. I think this is obvious, n'est pas? -- I'm looking for a woman I find physically, emotionally and spiritually attractive. She is intelligent, does not put up with BS, likes to keep fit, exercise her mind and body, has a healthy libido and likes to explore our carnal world. She enjoys travelling, country life (I happen to live in the country on 8 beautiful and secluded acres about 30 min NW of Edmonton).
