Grew up in NY, transplanted to PA 40+ years ago. Mother of 4, and grandmom of 2. Four fur babies, 2 cats and 2 dogs.
Very recently retired from Special Ed, and keeping busy. Hoping to relocate near the water (Delaware or Maryland) by year’s end.
Pescatarian and yet able to make a superbly delicious brisket.
